Xbrane Biopharma AB’s annual report for 2019 is now available at the company’s website, www.xbrane.com. The annual report includes the corporate governance report and the sustainability report for 2019.

In regard to ESMA’s recommendations the annual report also includes the operational and financial impact the company sees due to COVID-19 pandemic (CEO Comments, Administration Report and Note 32). Xbrane will continue to assess the situation and will be providing a further update in the interim report for January-March 2020 scheduled on May 13, 2020.
