Xbrane Biopharma AB ("Xbrane") announces a correction of the notice of the annual general meeting published on 4 April 2022.

The correction, item 8-10, refers to the previous mandate of the proposed board member Kirsti Gjellan. Kirsti Gjellans has previously been a board member of PiiA, SwedenBio, OxThera and Pfizer Health AB.Xbrane Biopharma AB have today updated the notice and the full notice of the annual general meeting, to be held on 5 May 2022, is available on the company's website, www.xbrane.com.
