Xbrane Biopharma AB (“Xbrane” or the “Company”) has according to previously announced information resolved to carry out a directed share issue of in total 3,853,799 shares. The share issue has resulted in a change of the registered share capital and shares and votes in Xbrane.

As of May 29, 2020 the total number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 19,268,998. The Company's registered share capital amounts to approximately SEK 4,319,840.
